Parent-Child Mother Goose Australia participants
The USB memory stick that trainees receive at the completion of Level One training contains many useful forms (see Forms Booklet).

Mother Goose Facilitators can download a Sample program planning and session record here.

Mother Goose facilitators wishing to undertake Level Two accreditation should complete Facilitator Self-Evaluation forms three times in a thirty week period. See:
